Exactly what I needed!
- Good COVID-19 measures everywhere. - Well located if you plan to spend time around the Odori Parks and Susukino area. - Great off-street parking. - Helpful, friendly and kind staff. - Free massage chair & other equipment. - Large and comfortable bed. - Microwave and kettle in room. - Everything you could possibly need for a short stay. - Extra tea and coffee available 24/7
- Bathroom was a little cramped for anyone with a large frame. - Took me ages to figure out how to switch off the loud bedroom extractor fan from the control console as control panel is only in Japanese and mirror surface makes it difficult for translate apps!

The expereince was enjoyable and exceeded my expectations
The size and quality of the rooms were extremely satisfactory. The imaghes didn't justify how nice the rooms were and the price was great for the amount of time I stayed.
The window was not completely covered due to a slit allowing the cover to open which resulted in morning light shining onto you eyes while sleeping and waking you up.

Nice budget option in great location
Location was great, and staff very helpful. The twin room was lovely, both rooms very spacious.
One of the rooms was a bit dated, with some mould on the ceiling. The windows were a little odd.
